Engineering Solutions
What ever your problem we can find a solution to further your organisation. We have the ability to work from concept through general and detailed design to procurement and then installation and commissioning. We can be as involved with as much or as little of the whole process as you require.
We can take designs for components or complete lines
and carry out the documentation to ensure compliance with CE Marking. This includes risk assessment through to compiling and writing installation, operating, maintenance, cleaning and dismantling instructions.
SD Engineering can take on complete projects or can supply personnel as part of a client's own team to support and augment as required.
Effective project management is essential to allow projects to come to fruition on time and on budget. SD Engineering can offer a full project management service coordinating the work of multi-disciplinary teams. For larger projects we can extend our own resources by combining with some of our strategic partners.

For many clients to know whether a project is viable to carry forward requires some initial feasibility and engineering study work. SD Engineering can carry out a full range of studies to be tailored to a clients specific needs. The results of the study can then be made available in the form of reports, 3D drawings, presentations etc.
Where required we can involve external organisations to cover any specific specialisms to enable informed decisions to be reached.
We have the ability to design any component, layout, building, process etc, etc, you can conceive. This can be carried out either directly in house or using one of our strategic partners.
Designs can be carried out in either 2D or 3D. We have capability not only in Autocad but Solidworks and X-Steel.
We can carry out site supervision activities to coordinate a number of contractors to ensure that the construction phase of your project is managed to any CDM regulations, time and budget.
Many companies do not hold up to date site drawings, not only of the actual grounds on which buildings stand but also building internals and factory layouts. SD Engineering can offer a comprehensive survey and drawing facility to help clients comply with any regulations eg environmental or to allow future project and expansion planning.
